In the United States, several players made their mark. Allan Oyirwoth completed the full 90 minutes for New England Revolution II, though they fell 2-1 to Columbus Crew II.
Bobosi Byaruhanga also went the distance as Oakland Roots secured a 1-1 draw with FC Tulsa.
Edward Kizza delivered one of the standout moments, coming off the bench in the 52nd minute before scoring in the 68th to help Indy Eleven claim a 2-2 draw against Birmingham.
