Trabzonspor’s Paul Onuachu emerges as joint top scorer in Turkish Super Lig

Trabzonspor striker Paul Onuachu has emerged as the joint top scorer in the Turkish Super Lig, sharing the Golden Boot honor with Eldor Shomurodov.

​The Nigerian international and Shomurodov, who features for İstanbul Başakşehir, both finished the campaign with 22 goals each.

Shomurodov found the net against Gaziantep FK on the final day of the season to pull level with Onuachu.

​Onuachu Joins Elite Trabzonspor Club

​Onuachu is now the sixth Trabzonspor player to claim the Turkish Super Lig top scorer award.

​Fenerbahçe’s Anderson Talisca took third place with 19 goals. Meanwhile, Victor Osimhen, who was the top scorer in the Turkish topflight last season with 26 goals from 30 matches, found the target 15 times in 22 league appearances during the 2025–26 season.
