Galatasaray send fresh €75m offer to sign Victor Osimhen

Galatasaray are not relenting in their efforts to sign Victor Osimhen on a permanent basis as the Turkish champions have reportedly handed a new and improved bid to Napoli.

The Turkish side have now reportedly sent a fresh €75million offer with a different payment structure. This was revealed by football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, on X (formerly Twitter) handle on Friday July, 11, 2025.

Romano confirmed the deal and said the ball is now in the court of Napoli to see if the pay structure is what they are willing to pay.

“Galatasaray submit new proposal to Napoli for Victor Osimhen after €70m rejected!

The Turkish club now offers €75m with €40m immediate payment and €35m in installments, with bank guarantees as key point again.

Decision up to Napoli once again.”

They have also provide bank guarantees to Napoli.

Also, Osimhen is pushing for the move to Galatasaray where he impressed in the 2024/25 season and has informed Napoli that he won’t return for the pre-season training as he fancy himself as a Galatasaray player.
