Victor Osimhen eager to seal Galatasaray move

Nigeria national team star striker Victor Osimhen has reportedly told Napoli that he wants his permanent transfer to Turkish champions Galatasaray to be finalized.

This development was shared by football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano in a post on X late Tuesday night. In his tweet, Romano claimed that the Nigerian has already agreed personal terms with Galatasaray and has expressed his desire for the move.

“Victor Osimhen has informed Napoli of his desire to get deal sealed with Galatasaray ASAP. Galatasaray will pay €75m as release clause value — but negotiating payment terms in 5 years as exclusively revealed. Contract ready since Sunday; until June 2028 plus option.”

Osimhen has reportedly agreed a three-year deal plus one year option with Galatasaray to join the club on a permanent transfer.

The deal comes after the 26 year old was successful with the Turkish side in the 2024/25 season were he helped Galatasaray lift a domestic double.
