Manchester United have completed the signing of striker Bryan Mbeumo from Brentford FC during the current summer transfer window.
According to The Athletic, Manchester United have reached an agreement with Brentford to sign Cameroon international Mbeumo. The report states that the deal will be worth £65 million plus £6 million in add-ons. Brentford had rejected an initial offer from United of £45 million plus £10 million in add-ons for Mbeumo, before rejecting an improved offer of £55 million plus £7.5 million in add-ons.
Mbeumo, 25, joined Brentford in 2019 from French club Troyes for £4 million and has enjoyed impressive form, scoring 68 goals and providing 50 assists in 239 appearances for the club.
