Head coach of Hearts of Oak, Mas Ud Dramani has indicated that, the club will keep pushing harder to reach its desired level in next season’s domestic campaign.
The experienced trainer guided the 2000 CAF Champions League winners to the Gbese Mantse Charity Cup on Sunday where they nailed fellow top flight side, Heart of Lions by 2-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Dramani, who replaced Ivorian tactician Aboubakar Ouattara, shared some words after winning his first silverware in charge of the club.
“It’s good to win and it’s good to stay very competitive [and] I think in my unveiling I spoke about creating clarity in our direction, keeping a consistent approach and then trying to stay very sustainable” Didi Dramani told Max TV.
“And in doing this we need to be very deliberate, you need to be consistent and you need to be patient and I think that we will not stop trying.
“I try to demand and then keep a clear standard [of] where we need to work harder in order to reach that level and I even expect more from my boys and even myself.” Didi Dramani added.
The former Ghana senior team assistant coach signed a two-year deal to replace Ouattara and he will lead the club to the GHALCA Top Four this week – a competition that includes league champions Gold Stars, Heart of Lions and FA Cup winners Asante Kotoko.
