Lukwago, who returned to the club in the recently concluded transfer window, takes over the armband at the 13-time league champions.
The goalkeeper is no stranger to the role, having previously captained KCCA FC during his first stint, notably leading the team to the 2019 CECAFA Kagame Cup title.
He was also a crucial figure in the squad that lifted Uganda Premier League titles in 2017 and 2019, while also celebrating Uganda Cup triumphs in 2017 and 2018.
Supporting Lukwago in the leadership group will be deputies Fillbert Obenchan, Herbert Achayi, and Derrick Paul Nsibambi, as the club ushers in a new era of leadership ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
