Vipers have a 1-0 advantage from the first leg played at Athlone Stadium in Cape Town last Friday.
Ahead of the game, Ketjijere and his coach Bob Mafoso addressed the media in Kampala to update them on their readiness for the duel.
The African Stars skipper emphasized that winning was not optional for them considering their first leg disadvantage.
“The difference with this game is that we have to go all out in order for us to progress to the next round. We need a positive result on Saturday, so we are ready to face Vipers in their own backyard. They must be ready for war,” Ketjijere added.
The coach for the Namibians Bob Mafoso has also spoken of his team’s preparations for the clash against Vipers.
Mafoso said they do not expect to have any excuse for not getting a good result playing in Uganda.
“The team is prepared. We are happy that we don’t have any injuries. We are left with the practical side now having played them in Cape Town and going down by 1-0…
“We played away from home. It means it does not give much of a difference in terms of the playing tempo. Whether we are playing away from home or not, it doesn’t make any difference. It is the same thing,” the coach said.
The Namibians need to score two unanswered goals to progress to the next stage of the Champions League. Vipers can make it to the next round with any draw.
