Carling Knockout: Dates, times, and venues confirmed

The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has officially announced the full fixture schedule for the opening round of the 2025/26 Carling Knockout competition, following the draw held earlier this week.

The Round of 16 action is set to unfold over the weekend of October 3rd to 5th, with eight exciting matches taking place across the country as teams battle for a spot in the quarterfinals.

The tournament begins on Friday, October 3rd, with the debutants Durban City FC getting proceedings underway by hosting Polokwane City FC at Chatsworth Stadium. Kick-off for the opener is scheduled for 7:00 PM.

Saturday, October 4th, features a full day of knockout football, starting with two simultaneous 3:00 PM kick-offs. Orlando Pirates will welcome Siwelele FC to Orlando Stadium, while Orbit College FC takes on TS Galaxy FC at Olympia Park Stadium.

Magesi FC Will Be Eager To Defend Their Carling Knockout Title

The evening heats up at 6:00 PM when Lamontville Golden Arrows face Sekhukhune United at King Zwelithini Stadium, followed by a highly anticipated clash between Mamelodi Sundowns and Marumo Gallants at Lucas Moripe Stadium, kicking off at 8:00 PM.

The opening round concludes on Sunday, October 5th, with three final encounters. The 3:00 PM slot sees Richards Bay FC go up against Chippa United at Umhlathuze Sports Stadium, as Stellenbosch FC and Kaizer Chiefs renew their rivalry at DHL Stadium.

The Round of 16 will conclude later that evening when AmaZulu FC faces off against the defending champions, Magesi FC, at Moses Mabhida Stadium, with the final whistle of the weekend scheduled for 5:30 PM.
