CAF postpones first phase of AFCON 2025 ticket sales

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced a delay in the launch of the first phase of ticket sales for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco.

In an official statement, CAF explained that the postponement comes in order to finalize crucial details that will ensure the best possible experience for fans. The organization confirmed it is working closely with the Local Organizing Committee as well as various partners, and that a new date for the opening of ticket sales will be communicated in due course.

CAF also issued an apology for any inconvenience caused by the decision, emphasizing its commitment to delivering a smooth and fan-friendly ticketing process.

The 2025 Africa Cup of Nations is scheduled to take place in Morocco from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026.
