Medeama SC will look to keep the top spot in the Ghana Premier League when they host Samartex at the Tarkwa TnA Park on Saturday.
The Mauve and Yellow have collected four wins in their five opening games of the season and playing in front of their fans is a perfect panacea to notch another three points.
Head coach of the club, Ibrahim Tanko has set sight on imposing the club’s authority on Samartex in the week six fixture of the campaign.
“I think we are playing at home and we are going [to play] just like any other game, we want to dominate, we want to set the pace and I think how we trained this week and the inclusion of these two players, I hope we are definitely strong,” Ibrahim Tanko told MEDi TV.
“I hope that our game will flow like the way we always play and I think the players are appreciating the fans and they are giving back to the supporters with the performance and I hope that this Saturday will be the same.” Ibrahim Tanko added.
Ibrahim Tanko has transformed the two time Ghana FA Cup champions into a formidable side since joining them from Accra Lions as head coach.
