The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has unveiled the shortlists for two of its most prestigious categories: the National Team of the Year and the Coach of the Year. These nominations recognize collective and tactical excellence demonstrated across the continent over the current year.
This award honors the national team that achieved the most significant results and demonstrated the best performance in continental and international competitions. The 2025 list notably includes the Morocco U-20 team, recognized for its achievements at the youth level winning the FIFA U-20 World Cup.
