All Blacks shot ahead with twenty minutes into the first half when Rudolf Mensah latched on to a low pass and smashed in a left-footed strike. Dreams FC responded quickly with their effort resulting into a penalty kick just a little over thirty seconds after they had gone down.

All Blacks defence went to sleep momentarily and midfielder Chris Yaovi Guede took advantage to send Dreams ahead in the 37th minute.
All Blacks kept knocking on the door and left-back Abdul Aziz’s long ranger put the game at 2-2 heading into half time. Benjamin Adjei got All Blacks off to a flying start with an early second half goal when he poked in the lead in the 46th minute.
Dreams fired from all cylinders, rattling the cross bar late in the game but the score line remained 3-2 for All Blacks, making it their first win in six away games.
