Chiefs host Zamalek on Sunday in a Group D match of the continental cup having returned from Cairo for an opening assignment of the group against yet another Egyptian side Al Masry.
The Betway Premiership lost 2-1 to Al Masry on Sunday and hope to bounce back when they face Zamalek. The Egyptian Premier League giants beat ZESCO United 1-0 on Sunday in Cairo.
The PSL will announce the new date for the game which was scheduled for the New Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane.
The break could be a blessing in disguise for Dikwena tša Meetse whose last league game against Chippa United ended goalless on November 4. The next game for coach John Maduka’s side will be against Marumo Gallants at the Dr Petrus Molemela Stadium on Sunday.
After the game against Chippa, Maduka described the FIFA international break that followed as a blessing in disguise, saying it was an opportunity for them to fine-tune his squad.
