Ademola Lookman scores again in Serie A win for Atalanta

Ademola Lookman was on the scoresheet for a second consecutive match as Serie A side Atalanta secured a 2-0 home win against Fiorentina on Sunday.

The forward, who was also on target in a 3-0 midweek win away to Eintracht Frankfurt in the UEFA Champions League, has now scored in back-to-back matches for the former Europa League champions.

​In Sunday’s fixture, Lookman found the net in the 51st minute to double his side’s lead. ​Ivorian Odilon Kossounou had broken the deadlock with four minutes left in the first half before the Nigerian fired in from close range following a corner kick.

​With the victory, the Bergamo club climbed to 11th position with 16 points on the league table.
