AFCON 2025: Wednesday 24 December match schedule and kick-off times

The 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) action continues today, Wednesday, December 24, with several fixtures scheduled, marking the first appearances of a number of teams, including Algeria, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, and Gabon.

Today’s matches are part of the opening round of Group E and Group F fixtures. So far, the first four groups have completed their opening-round matches, with only the final two groups remaining before the conclusion of the first round of the group stage.

Ivory Coast and Algeria are among the favorites to win the title, as Ivory Coast enter the competition as defending champions, while Algeria last claimed the trophy in 2019.
