Algerian international Monsef Bakrar shines with early goal in Europa League for Dinamo Zagreb

Algerian international Monsef Bakrar continued his good form with Dinamo Zagreb, scoring a goal for his team in the Europa League.

The goal came during Dinamo Zagreb’s seventh-round clash against Romanian side Steaua Bucharest on Thursday at the “Maksimir” Stadium in Zagreb.

Bakrar opened the scoring in the 7th minute, heading the ball into the net from inside the penalty area, giving his team an early lead in a game that they won 4-1.

With this strike, Bakrar has now scored two goals in the Europa League this season, alongside one assist, across six appearances in the continental competition.

On the domestic front, the forward has been also influential, netting five goals and providing two assists in 14 Croatian league matches. He has also shone in the domestic cup, scoring three goals in one appearance. These numbers make Bakrar one of Dinamo Zagreb’s influential players this season.
