Wolves reject large Beşiktaş bid for Arokodare

English Premier League club Wolves have rejected Turkish Süper Lig club Beşiktaş’s bid for forward Tolu Arokodare.

According to transfer expert Ekrem Konur, Beşiktaş submitted a €15m bid for the Nigeria international, which was rejected by his current club.

The English side is reportedly holding out for a fee between €25m and €30m for the Nigerian international.

Beşiktaş are in the market for a new striker after selling England international Tammy Abraham to Aston Villa earlier this week. The 25-year-old Arokodare only arrived at Molineux from Belgian Pro League club KRC Genk in the summer of 2025 for a fee of €26m.

However, he has struggled to hit the ground running; the forward has scored four goals and provided one assist in 22 appearances across all competitions for Wolves.
