The 20-year-old signed for the Blues in June and made his debut against ES Tunis during their triumphant Club World Cup campaign.

He rejoined Strasbourg on loan in August, making 18 appearances for the French club in Ligue 1 and the Conference League.
Confirming his return, Chelsea said on their official website: “Mamadou Sarr has returned to Chelsea from his loan spell at Strasbourg.”
Sarr earned his first cap for Senegal in November and was included in their squad for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco.
Having featured twice as a substitute earlier in the tournament, Sarr started the final as Senegal were crowned champions following a dramatic 1-0 extra-time victory over Morocco.
In London, the African champion will find himself competing for a starting role with Wesley Fofana, Trevoh Chalobah, Tosin Adarabioyo, and Benoît Badiashile.
