Young Africans coach Pedro Goncalves says they are prepared to take on AS FAR when the two sides face off in a CAF Champions League fixture in Morocco on Saturday.
The Citizens are still in contention to reach the knockout stages as they lie second in Group B with five points, three less than leaders Al Ahly. Yanga have secured one win, two draws, and one defeat.

A win against AS FAR away will take their tally of points to eight.
“We know our opponents have a good team that can play in different tactical environments. We are prepared to face them in any way they come up with,” Goncalves told Pan-Africa Football.
“There is no great team that does not have weaknesses, we will use their weaknesses to get results. We have a great team to get results in difficult environments.”
The former Angola coach added: “We have had a good time with good preparations and we have had a good continuation of creating chances in our games and we believe that tomorrow (Saturday), we will continue to do so.

“We respect our opponents, they have a good team from the defense to their attack and they are one of the biggest clubs in Morocco. But we believe that tomorrow (Saturday), we have a chance to do well and we must use our chances with precision and great attention.”
He concluded: “I am not happy to play without fans in the stadium. We are very sad that this game will be without fans. We know that football is for the fans.
“You cannot have the joy of entertaining people who are not in the stadium. I hope that such things will not happen again in the future in African football without fans in the stadium. Everyone should care about our football.”
Yanga’s final group fixture will be against JS Kabylie in Tanzania.
