Saudi Pro League: Christopher Baah Bonsu scores in Al Qadsiah big win

Enterprising Ghana winger Christopher Baah Bonsu came up good for Saudi Pro League side Al Qadsiah, scoring in the 7th minutes as they romped to a 4-0 win over Al Ettifaq on Monday.

Al Qadsiah fired themselves ahead in the third minute from the boot of Nahitan Nandez before Bonsu-Baah added the second four minutes into regulation time at the Prince Saud bin Jalawi Stadium.

The home side added two quick goals late into the game with Mexican international Julian Quinones making the score line 3-0 three minutes into added time.

German midfielder, Julian Weigl iced the cake for Al Qadsiah a minute later to nail the coffin of the visitors in the outstanding week 10 fixture of the Saudi Pro League.

Bonsu Baah now has two goals and four assists after making 21 appearances as Al Qadsiah sit in fourth in the Saudi Pro League season on 53 points from 23 matches.

The 21-year-old who previously played in Belgium for Genk and Sarpsborg in Norway, has six caps for Ghana and will be in line to make the final squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Canada, USA and Mexico.
