Head coach of Guinea national team Paulo Duarte could be on his way out of the Syli National as deep throat source says that he is being courted by Angola.
The Portuguese tactician has been with the West African nation since August 2025 but issues of salary delay might tempt him to accept a mouthwatering deal from the Angolan Football Federation.
Sources from Guineanews indicate that the former head coach of Burkina Faso, Gabon and Togo national teams is reportedly set to earn €50,000 per month if he agrees to coach the Palancas Negras.
It’s however, left Duarte to consider the decision to either stay with Guinea or move to Angola for a new chapter.
Paulo Duarte’s coaching experience includes a double stint with Burkina Faso, leading them to the 2010 Africa Cup of Nations as well as Togo and Gabon and spells at club sides, Club Sportif Sfaxien of Tunisia, Primero de Agosto of Angola and Le Mans in France.
Prior to signing to handle the Guinea national team, he spent a year with Saudi Arabia Pro League outfit Al-Kholood.
