Ghana Premier League: Cioaba Aristica awaits Kotoko in epic clash

The week 27 of the Ghana Premier League will witness one of the toughest fixtures on Sunday when Aduana FC host Asante Kotoko.

The “Fire Boys” welcome the record holders to the Nana Agyemang Badu Park in a tight contest for the top four spots.

Aduana are 5th on the league table on 41 points, just one behind Kotoko and Hearts of Oak after 26 games into the campaign.

Head coach of Aduana, Cioaba Aristica is targeting a positive outcome from the encounter.

“Let’s wait and see what is the positive of this game and what is the negative of this game ane as the coach I will not like to lose the game.” He told Aduana TV.

Medeama currently lead the log with 49 points after beating Eleven Wonders 2-0 on Friday.

The Mauve and Yellow are just one point above reigning champions GoldStars who are traveling to Karela United on Sunday.

With eight games to draw the curtains down the 2025/26 season, Medeama will hope for an unfavorable result for GoldStars in order to keep the dream of claiming their second title and returning to continental football intact.

Aduana FC, Kotoko and Hearts of Oak however have the top four spots for grabs.
