Reigning champions, GoldStars’ lead on the Ghana Premier League table will be up for a stern test when they travel to two time holders, Aduana FC on Friday.
The Miners reclaimed the top spot last weekend following a 2-1 home win over Nations after Medeama had drawn 1-1 at Bechem United.

Ahead of the epic encounter at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park, Aduana head coach, Cioaba Aristica shared his thoughts on the fixture.
“We have started the preparations for the game on Friday.
“The players are here, and they have no other option than to win this game.
“We will all play this game for the three points, not for one point.
“What we want to win this game,” the coach told Aduana FC TV.
Aristica is expected to leave Aduana at the end of the season to attend to pressing family issues.
GoldStars are top of the league table with 51 points and Aduana sit in 5th, nine points behind the leaders after 28 games.
Medeama are second on the league table with 50 points and Hearts of Oak follow in third on 46 points.
