Nigerian men’s senior national team, Super Eagles will reportedly open camp for the 2026 FIFA World Cup playoffs on Sunday, November 9.
The came will be five days before they open their playoffs campaign against the Panthers of Gabon in their quest to appear in their seventh world cup.
However the venue of the game is yet to be named by the Confederation of African Football (CAF), head coach Eric Chelle is expected to release his squad for the game by the end of the month.
The other fixture of the playoffs will see Cameroon take on Gabon as they will also be fighting for a place to play the continent final.
The overall winners will advance to the intercontinental playoffs in March 2026 in Mexico.
