The left-footed winger registered one of the goals as Leicester City traveled to pick a 3-1 win against Swansea City on Saturday.
The Foxes shot their noses in front with a beautifully curled strike into the left corner of the post in the 14th minute by Jordan James. The 1-0 score line separated the two sides into the 70th minute when Ireland international Adam Idah leveled for Swansea City from the spot.
The Foxes went in front for a second time when James set up Fatawu, who wove past Swansea defenders to blast home a powerful left footed strike seven minutes later.
After a goalmouth melee, Jannik Vestergaard headed in City’s third goal to stretch the encounter beyond Swansea in the 85th minute.
The winger has now scored three goals in nine appearances for Leicester City who occupy third spot with 16 points from nine games. He has been named in the Ghana squad for their final two 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Central African Republic and Comoros this month.
