AC Milan sets their sights on Tolu Arokodare

AC Milan have reportedly identified Belgium’s Jupiler Pro League top scorer and Nigeria national team forward Tolu Arokodare on their list of players to sign heading into the 2025/26 Serie A season.

The interest in the KRC Genk forward comes after AC Milan held discussions with the representatives of fellow Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface, who seems to be a more expensive option than Arokodare who could be sold for over €40 million.

Arokodare has already been linked with clubs in the German Bundesliga as well as the English Premier League, where he dreams to play at some point in his career.

Genk hope to hit a jackpot with his transfer this summer after Arokodare enjoyed a phenomenal 2024/25 season with the Belgium side, establishing himself as one of Europe’s most promising young strikers.

The Nigerian forward finished as the top goalscorer in the Jupiler Pro League with 21 goals in 40 appearances, adding 6 assists for a total of 23 goals and 7 assists in 45 outings.
