Ademola Lookman was on the scoresheet for a second consecutive match as Serie A side Atalanta secured a 2-0 home win against Fiorentina on Sunday.
The forward, who was also on target in a 3-0 midweek win away to Eintracht Frankfurt in the UEFA Champions League, has now scored in back-to-back matches for the former Europa League champions.
In Sunday’s fixture, Lookman found the net in the 51st minute to double his side’s lead. Ivorian Odilon Kossounou had broken the deadlock with four minutes left in the first half before the Nigerian fired in from close range following a corner kick.
With the victory, the Bergamo club climbed to 11th position with 16 points on the league table.
