Olympique de Marseille will be without Nayef Aguerd and Hamed Junior Traoré for their UEFA Champions League clash against Spanish giants Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabéu. Nevertheless, Algerian striker Amine Gouiri traveled to Madrid despite suffering a knock against Lorient last week.

Aguerd, 29, impressed during his debut for Marseille against Lorient. The Moroccan defender scored a stoppage-time goal in a 4-0 win over the Breton-based club but will miss the Champions League duel against Real Madrid. RMC Sport reported that Aguerd suffered a head knock, and Marseille coach Roberto De Zerbi would not risk him for the important match.
Ivorian midfielder Traoré has a thigh injury that keeps him out of the Champions League season opener. He was an unused substitute in the Ligue 1 tie last week. Traoré will not take part in the testing trip to Madrid.
Gouiri is expected to start the game ahead of Gabonese star Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. The 36-year-old striker was on the bench during the Lorient game.
