The Ivorian playmaker has signed a two-and-a-half-year deal with the Algerian giants.

A statement from the confirmed: “Bluzdad Youth Club is pleased to announce the contract of Ivorian striker Jean Charles Ahoua (23 years old), coming from Tanzanian Simba, on a two and a half seasons contract.”

Simba currently boast a crowded central defence, including Abdulrazak Hamza, Rushine de Reuck, Wilson Nangu and Vedastus Masinde, forcing difficult squad-management decisions.

On the left flank, the club has completed another important piece of business by signing Nickson Kibabage from Singida Black Stars.

The experienced full-back has been brought in to bolster competition alongside Anthony Mligo and to help cover the void left by Mohammed Hussein’s departure.

Ahoua has arrived in time, as Belouizdad prepares for their CAF Confederation Cup fixture against Stellenbosch of South Africa on Sunday. This will be matchday three of the competition.

Belouizdad are currently sitting third in Group C with three points, one less leaders Stellenbosch, who have won one game, and drawn one.
