Emad El Nahhas, the interim head coach of Al Ahly, expressed his happiness with the big victory the team achieved over Haras El Hodoud with a five-goal margin, in the fourth round of the title-deciding phase of the Nile Egyptian League.

El Nahhas said, as quoted by Al Ahly’s official website:

"I congratulate the technical staff and the players for the outstanding performance and the big result that Al Ahly achieved against Haras El Hodood. Wins like these give us a strong moral boost."

The former Al Ahly player explained that the technical staff is working on preparing all players in the best possible way and giving the opportunity to the largest number of players in the team.

El Nahhas added:

"We are working on preparing all the players and giving everyone fair opportunities to participate, and this was evident today by including Ali Maaloul, as part of the rotation policy among the players."

El Nahhas pointed out that the team appeared in a good shape and created a large number of chances, which was reflected in the final result.

The interim head coach continued:

"Winning by five goals against Haras El Hodoud is a strong indication to the development of the team performance, and it reflects the level of the team’s readiness and its offensive effectiveness in front of goal."

Emad El Nahhas concluded his statements by stressing the importance of continuity in achieving victory in every match the team plays. Al Ahly currently occupies second place in the Nile Egyptian League standings with 46 points, one point behind leaders Pyramids, with four rounds remaining.
