Al Ahly striker joins Libya’s Al Ittihad SC on loan

Al Ittihad SC of Libya has officially announced the signing of Egyptian forward Mahmoud Kahraba from Cairo giants Al Ahly SC during the current winter transfer window.

Kahraba joins Al Ittihad SC on a loan deal that will keep him at the Libyan club until the end of the 2024-25 season. The dynamic forward is set to wear the number 11 jersey with his new team.

Career at Al Ahly

Kahraba joined Al Ahly in January 2020 from Portuguese club Desportivo Aves.

Since then, he has featured in 144 matches, scoring 48 goals and providing 22 assists.

His time at Al Ahly included a brief six-month loan spell at Turkish side Hatayspor from January to June 2022.
