Tanzania national team and Young Africans SC attacker Clement Mzize has received an offer from JS Kabylie of Algeria in the last few hours.

The Algerian club's management has already begun negotiations with Mzize and his current club, with whom he is under contract. Although financial details have not been made public, JS Kabylie's offer is an excellent sign that Clément Mzize is indeed in the sights of several clubs.

Egypt's Zamalek SC has also begun major talks with Young Africans SC to sign the 21-year-old Tanzanian international. The deal was reportedly worth $1 million, and the final agreement could include a percentage of the player's resale, which Zamalek has set at 15%, although the Tanzanian club has so far demanded a percentage of 25%.

In the last few hours, the offer from JS Kabylie received by Young Africans SC and Clément Mzize could hamper Zamalek SC's chances during this summer transfer window.
