KCCA FC have secured the signature of forward Alpha Thierry Ssali from National Enterprise Corporation Football Club (NEC FC), handing him a two–year contract.

Ssali, the son of celebrated musician Moses Ssali alias Bebe Cool, arrives at Lugogo just months after joining NEC from Express FC in January this year.

He had initially signed a two–year deal with the Bugolobi–based side but struggled for minutes under coach Hussein Mbalangu, facing stiff competition from senior attackers Paul Mucureezi and James Jarieko.

Before his short stint at NEC, the promising youngster spent one and a half seasons at Express FC, whom he joined on 12th August 2023 from Proline FC.

His move to KCCA FC also carries sentimental value, as his grandfather Bidandi Ssali once served as coach and team manager of the club in the late 1960s.

Meanwhile, the Kasasiro Boys continue to bolster their squad ahead of the new campaign, having already added Charles Lukwago, Rogers Mugisha, Ivan Ahimbisibwe, Herbert Achayi, Lazaro Muhindo Bwambale, and Enock Walusimbi to their ranks.
