Dutch giants PSV Eindhoven have set sight on securing Morocco international Anass Salah-Eddine on a permanent bases.

Salah-Eddine has impressed the Eredivisie side with his mouthwatering performances since arriving on loan from Serie A club AS Roma last year.

Following his blistering performances, the Dutch club’s management has decided to exercise the purchase option, making the Atlas Lion a key element of their upcoming project.

Salah-Eddine played four AFCON matches

The Dutch club is prepared to pay €8 million, the amount stipulated in the clause to convert the loan into a permanent transfer.

PSV who lead the Eredivisie table, are also preparing a long-term contract offer to secure the Moroccan player’s future.

The 24-year-old left-back who could be deployed at left-wing back, played four matches as Morocco reached the finals of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations on home soil.

At PSV this season, he has made 15 appearances in the domestic top flight with seven UEFA Champions League games’ contribution.

Salah-Eddine started his youth career at Jong Ajax before joining FC Twente on loan for the 2022–23 season.

FC Twente exercised the option to make the loan deal permanent a year later where he signed a deal until 2027.

His eye catching performance caught the eyes of AS Roma who roped in his service on loan in February last year.

Born in the Netherlands, the represented the nation at the youth level until the U-21.
