Serie A side Napoli have been given a glimmer of hope following the return of Cameroon midfielder Andre Zambo Anguissa to team training.
The Cameroonian has been absent since November 9, and Napoli’s medical staff had difficulties in finding a quick solution to the back problem that rocked the former Fulham midfielder.

The 30-year-old had suffered a high-grade thigh injury while training with the Indomitable Lions during the November international break.
He was billed to return to full action in the first week of March and it looks positive as he could be part of the squad that faces Hellas Verona on Saturday in Serie A.
He has made 11 appearances with four goals and two assists as Napoli sit in 3rd on 50 points, 14 behind leaders Inter Milan from 26 league games.
He was not selected for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations due to the injury as the Indomitable Lions exited at the quarter final stage following a 2-0 loss to hosts Morocco at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium.
