Angola’s Petro de Luanda sign Brazilian striker

Angola top-flight league champions, Petro de Luanda, have reinforced their striking force with the signing of forward Tiago Reis.
The Brazilian striker has signed for the Girabola champions from Grupo Desportivo Chaves ahead of the 2025-2026 season. The 25-year-old spent last season on loan at Chaves while coming from Nacional Madeira in the Portuguese II League.
He scored six goals and made two assists in 12 games in the Portuguese league’s second tier. Before joining, Chaves, Reis also played for Botafogo, Cruzeiro, Vasco, Goiás (Brazil), and Nacional da Madeira (Portugal).
Furthermore, Reis was also on the books of Al-Mesaimmeer in Qatar, scoring nine goals in 13 matches.
