AS Vita Club announce departure of French coach Bruno Ferry

Congolese giants AS Vita Club have officially announced the departure of their French head coach Bruno Ferry, just weeks after his appointment as a head coach.



Ferry took over the reins at Vita Club last month, succeeding former coach Youssouph Dabo. He was previously the assistant coach of Dabo at Vita Club then took charge after his departure.


In a message shared on the club’s official Facebook page, Vita Club expressed their gratitude, stating:


“Merci Coach Bruno Ferry. You will always be part of the VEA Family.”


Bruno Ferry is no stranger to African football, having previously worked at Tanzanian side Azam FC as an assistant coach with Dabo.


Vita Club currently sit 8th in the play-off group, having won a game and lost another in the first two rounds. JSK and Maniema Union lead the table with 9 points from three games.
