Azeez Audu targets continental ticket with Katsina United

Katsina United technical adviser Azeez Audu has affirmed that his team will contend for the 2025–26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) title.

Audu declared that he wants to achieve success with the Chanji Boys, who finished in 15th position with 50 points last season. While speaking with Nigerian Players Gallery, Audu said that Katsina are eyeing the continental ticket as he aims to make history with the club.

“We want to fight for the league and win it or get the continental ticket next season. As I said the other time, I want to make history with the club. Keeping a good home record is one of the records I want to continue to keep next season.”

Katsina United appointed Azeez Audu as their new technical adviser on January 29. He signed a one-year contract with the club.
