Bernard Mensah joins UAE outfit Al Nasr SC

Former Ghana national team midfielder Bernard Mensah has expressed joy over his move to UAE Pro League club Al-Nasr SC.

Al-Nasr SC announced the capture of the lanky midfielder earlier today in a two-year contract. The 30-year-old has moved to Al-Nasr SC after leaving Saudi Arabian outfit Al-Tai.

Mensah’s previous experience includes successful stints in Portugal, Spain, and Turkey, where he played for clubs such as Vitoria Guimaraes, Atletico Madrid, Getafe, and Kayserispor.

Mensah shared his excitement while expressing appreciation to the club for roping him into their fold ahead of season.

Mensah has won the Turkish Super Lig and the Turkish Cup with Besiktas in 2020-21 season while on loan at the outfit. He was capped five times by the Ghana national team, scoring on his debut against Togo in 2015.
