Betway Premiership side Stellenbosch FC has officially extended its partnership with long-term sponsor Rama, confirming a new three-year deal that will see the brand remain the club’s headline and front-of-shirt sponsor.
According to the club, the sponsorship renewal solidifies a relationship that has been in place since the club’s promotion to the South African top-flight.
The partnership extension also follows a period of significant success for the club, including their 2023 Carling Knockout Cup victory and two consecutive runs to the MTN8 final. The partnership has also supported Stellies in their ventures into the CAF Confederation Cup.
According to a club statement released on Friday, the decision reflects a shared journey and a mutual commitment to growth. Stellenbosch FC CEO Rob Benadie praised the relationship, stating that Rama has been “more than a sponsor—they’ve been part of our story since day one.” He emphasised that their support has been “vital to our progress.”
