Brahim Díaz scored for Real Madrid as the Spanish titans dropped a 2-1 result at Real Betis in their Week 26 La Liga tie. Betis came from behind to beat Madrid as the Spanish giants missed out on a chance to be log leaders.
Moroccan international Díaz finished off a superb play by the away side to hand his side the lead ten minutes after kickoff. Díaz tapped in to score after a brilliant sequence from French duo Kylian Mbappé and Ferland Mandy.
The home side replied in the first half with a goal from Johnny Cardoso followed by ex-Madrid star Isco's penalty kick early in the second half to grab a surprise win.
Díaz bagged his third La Liga goal of the campaign to go along with two assists in twenty appearances this season. Real Madrid are second with 54 points, two points back of new leaders Atlético Madrid and equal on points with rivals Barcelona.
