CAFCC: AS Maniema Union coach: ‘Nairobi United won’t be easy’

AS Maniema Union’s coach Papy Kimoto Okitankoyi has explained what he expects from Nairobi United in Sunday’s CAF Confederation Cup group-stage match.

The Congolese coach told his club’s media that he expects a tough encounter against the Kenyan cup kings at Kasarani Stadium in the capital city.

“We know it won’t be easy, but we’re here to get a good result,” Okitankoyi told his club’s media.

The Linafoot Ligue 1 team started its journey in the continental cup with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Azam FC in Kinshasa last week and want to build on that result.

On the other hand, Nairobi United launched their CAF Confederation Cup journey with a 3-0 loss to Wydad Casablanca last week.
