CAFCC: Kwara United promise fireworks against Kotoko in second leg

Head coach of Kwara United, Sanni Tunde has promised fireworks against Kotoko in the second leg of the CAF Confederation Cup.

The Nigerian club posted a spirited performance in Accra on Sunday, September 21 but lost 4-3 against Kotoko in the first leg preliminary round.

Kotoko will be given good run for their money

Ahead of the reverse fixture, Sanni Tunde has assured that, Kotoko will be given a good run for their money.

“We didn’t know that Asante Kotoko were this good. Our expectations were not what we met but they are a bit lucky today.

“They are a bit lucky but they are coming to meet us at home as well.” Godwin Nosike told the media.

Kwara United will welcome Asante Kotoko to the M.K.O. Abiola International Stadium in Abuja on Sunday, September 28, where they will be hoping to complete the comeback and progress to the next stage of the competition.
