The 26-year-old versatile defender successfully completed his medical test on Monday, July 14. His move is expected to bolster the Hellas Verona defense. Hellas Verona has the right to make the transfer permanent if they avoid relegation in the upcoming 2025/26 Serie A season.
Ebosse returned from an anterior cruciate ligament injury and made 11 appearances while in Poland. Despite his injury history, Hellas Verona is counting on his vast experience.
The Italian side welcomed Ebosse, and he is expected to join the rest of the squad for preseason preparations soon. “Hellas Verona FC extends a warm welcome to Enzo and wishes him a future full of personal and team success in the Gialloblù jersey,” said the Serie A club.
Born in Amiens, France, Ebosse has represented Cameroon since 2022. He was a member of the Indomitable Lions squad that took part in the 2022 FIFA World Cup. He made one appearance during the tournament, when Cameroon beat Brazil in the group stage.
