Beninoise club Union Sportive Cavaliers de Nikki has officially unveiled Nigerian football gaffer Usman Abdallah as its new head coach.
The appointment comes just months after Abdallah’s departure from Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) giants, Kano Pillars.
Abdallah who brings a wealth of experience from both domestic and international football, will now take the reins at Union Sportive Cavaliers de Nikki.
The 51-year-old manager, impressive coaching resume includes a successful stint in Nigeria where he famously guided Enyimba International to the NPFL title in the 2018/2019 season ـــ a crowning achievement in his career.
Abdallah’s career has seen him manage and work with teams across different continents, including coaching spells in Asia and Europe, specifically in Spain and France.
He is the second Nigerian gaffer to join a Beninoise club this month, after Salisu Yusuf who managed another NPFL club, Nasarawa United last season and was recently unveiled by Coton FC.
