Nigeria women’s national team goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie has been nominated for the PFA Women’s Super League (WSL) Fans’ Player of the Month award for September.

Nnadozie, who plays for Brighton & Hove Albion, has been impressive between the sticks since the start of the WSL season.
The 24-year-old has featured in all five of Brighton’s league matches this season keeping two clean sheets. She has helped Brighton picked seven points from their opening five league games.

Chiamaka Nnadozie faces stiff competition for the September award. The other nominees, all top talents in their own right, include; Aggie Beever-Jones (Chelsea), Melvine Malard (Manchester United), Alessia Russo (Arsenal), Bunny Shaw (Manchester City), and Cathinka Tandberg (Tottenham Hotspur).
