African talents were at the heart of a dramatic Premier League spectacle, as Ivorian winger Amad Diallo and Ghanaian forward Antoine Semenyo delivered standout performances in a thrilling 4-4 draw between Manchester United and Bournemouth.

Diallo opened the scoring for Manchester United in the 13th minute. The Ivorian capitalized on a loose ball in front of goal and headed it into an empty net to give the hosts an early advantage.

Bournemouth responded through Ghana international Antoine Semenyo, who brought his side back into the game in the 40th minute of the first half. Semenyo drove forward with the ball before unleashing a shot that found the back of the net, restoring parity in the contest.

The match continued at a relentless pace, with goals flowing at both ends. Manchester United’s remaining goals were scored by Casemiro in stoppage time of the first half (45+4), Bruno Fernandes in the 77th minute, and Matheus Cunha in the 79th minute.

Bournemouth, however, refused to back down. Marcus Tavernier struck in the 52nd minute, Evanilson netted immediately after the restart in the 46th minute, and Eli Junior Kroupi completed the scoring with a late goal in the 84th minute to secure a memorable draw.

Following the result, Manchester United sit sixth in the Premier League standings with 26 points, while Bournemouth sit 13th with 21 points.

After the game, Amad Diallo leaves Manchester United to represent Côte d’Ivoire at the Africa Cup of Nations. In contrast, Antoine Semenyo will remain with Bournemouth, as Ghana failed to qualify for the upcoming tournament.
