Draw date and time for CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup quarterfinals

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially scheduled the draw for the quarterfinals of both the Champions League and the Confederation Cup for the 2025–2026 season.

The Confederation Cup event will take place on Tuesday, February 17, at 1:00 PM Cairo time (11:00 AM GMT), followed by the Champions League event at 2:00 PM Cairo time (12:00 AM GMT), as the final 8 will know their opponents in the decisive stage of Africa’s premier club competitions.

According to the Confederation of African Football regulations, each group winner will face a runner-up from another group in the quarter-finals, with clubs prohibited from meeting the team that advanced from their own group.

CAF Champions League round of 8

Group winners:

  • Pyramids (Egypt)
  • Al Ahly (Egypt)
  • Al Hilal Omdurman (Sudan)
  • Stade Malien (Mali)

Group runners-up:

  • RS Berkane (Morocco)
  • AS FAR (Morocco)
  • Mamelodi Sundowns (South Africa)
  • Espérance Sportive de Tunis (Tunisia)

First-leg matches will be played on March 13 and 14, while the return legs are scheduled for March 20 and 21.

CAF Confederation Cup round of 8

Group winners:

  • USM Alger (Algeria)
  • Wydad AC (Morocco)
  • CR Belouizdad (Algeria)
  • Zamalek (Egypt)

Group runners-up:

  • Olympic Safi (Morocco)
  • Maniema Union (DR Congo)
  • AS Otoho (Congo)
  • Al Masry (Egypt)

In the Confederation Cup, the first-leg ties will take place on March 15, with the second legs scheduled for March 22.
