Eric Senjobe parts ways with Rwanda’s Police FC

Rwanda Premier League outfit Police FC have confirmed the departure of Ugandan left-back Eric Senjobe, bringing an end to his two-and-a-half-year spell at the Kigali-based club.

Senjobe joined Police FC in June 2024 as a direct replacement for Derrick Ndahiro, who had completed a move to Vipers SC.

However, despite arriving with high expectations, regular playing time proved hard to come by for the Ugandan defender during his stay.

Even so, his time in Rwanda was not without silverware.

Senjobe leaves Police FC with a Rwanda Super Cup medal, earned last year after the law enforcers edged rivals APR FC in the final.

The experienced left-back first rose to prominence with KCCA FC in 2017 before sealing a move to Uganda’s Police FC in 2019, and later crossing over to URA FC.

He departed URA FC as a free agent following the expiry of his contract, paving the way for his move to Rwanda in 2024.

With Senjobe’s exit confirmed, Allan “Dancing Rasta” remains the only Ugandan player on Police FC’s books, having recently returned to action after a lengthy injury layoff.
